They might swell up. Very often this is the first indication of pregnancy. This happens because progesterone as well as estrogen is produced in more quantity. A pregnant woman may feel more tired than usual. This is because a lot of changes are taking place in the body. In case, the monthly period has been delayed, it could mean that the woman is pregnant. However, a pregnancy test will have to be conducted. The pregnant woman may experience cramps or little bleeding. Morning sickness is a common symptom of pregnancy. Pregnant women may experience nausea. Actually, morning sickness can take place during anytime in the day. During the first three months of pregnancy, there may be a need to utilize the bathroom frequently. This is because urination occurs very frequently.
